Linda Epstein

Linda Epstein (she/her) is the author of the middle grade novel, Repairing the World (Aladdin/Simon & Schuster, 2022) and is a senior agent at Emerald City Literary Agency. She writes fiction for children and teens and poetry for adults. As an agent Linda represents novels for children and teens and likes stories that deal with issues of identity, history, sexual politics, feminism, and culture. Some of her other interests include art, food, and the environment. She is a fan of romcoms and monsters, too. Linda looks for the offbeat, quirky, and left of center, with bonus points given if you keep your sense of humor about it all. She is deeply committed to representing projects that give voice to work by and about marginalized people, marginalized stories, and especially BIPOC. Linda has an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from The New School. She makes her home in Woodstock, New York. You can find Linda online at emeraldcityliterary.com and lindaepsteinauthor.com as well as on Instagram @lindaepsteinauthor. She is represented by Rena Rossner at the Deborah Harris Agency (rena@dhliterary.com).
