Need Help?

We use a customer care support ticketing system (Zendesk) because the members of our team who can respond are spread out: some work on campus serving guests, and some work remotely.

If you have a question or need help, please do submit your support ticket here.  Submitting a request helps us route your question/need to the most appropriate and available person.  In most cases, you’ll receive a response within one business day.  You can provide a call-back number if you need a return phone call.

If you have an urgent and time-sensitive need (i.e you are on campus or en route), call us at 570-253-1192.  Our on-call staff will do our best to answer.  Thank you!
