George Jreije (“jer-age”) is the Arab American author of the Shad Hadid children’s fantasy series, the upcoming Bashir Boutros fantasy series, as well as the upcoming graphic novels, Tarik’s Bazaar Adventure and Lilo & the League of Librarians, all with HarperCollins. He has also written short stories for UNICEF and various anthologies.
Currently, George teaches classes on writing and publishing with Gotham Writers Workshop and Highlights Foundation. He is also a freelance book editor. When not writing, George scours the world for delicious food and visits schools to spread his love of books!
