Lisa Burdige co-creates the popular diary comic, BACKGROUND NOISE, with her partner in life and love, John Hazard. In the advertising world, she’s an award-winning Creative Director, lending her brain to global brands. In the literary world, she scribbles stories, comics, and essays. Her work has been published in TDF, Everyday Weirdness, and Exquisite Corpse, among others. Currently, she co-hosts a monthly novel-writing workshop through Brooklyn Speculative Writers.
