Dorothy H. Price is a writer and children’s author. Her first picture book, NANA’S FAVORITE THINGS, was published in 2016 by Eifrig Publishing. In 2019, Dorothy was selected for the We Need Diverse Books Mentorship Program. Her eight JALEN’S BIG CITY LIFE chapter books with Capstone were published in 2022 and 2023. Dorothy is also a 2023-2024 Baldwin For The Arts Fellow. Her latest picture book—DADDY-DAUGHTER DAY—was published in 2025 with Reycraft Books.
