Ammi-Joan Paquette

Ammi-Joan Paquette is the author of Princess Juniper of the Hourglass (Philomel, 2015), as well as the novels: Paradox (RH, 2014), Rules for Ghosting (Walker, 2013), and Nowhere Girl (Walker, 2011), and the picture books: Ghost in the House (Candlewick, 2013), Petey and Pru and the Hullabaloo (Clarion, 2013), The Tiptoe Guide to Tracking Mermaids (Tanglewood, 2012), and The Tiptoe Guide to Tracking Fairies (Tanglewood, 2011). She is the recipient of a PEN New England Discovery Award, and her books have been recognized with starred reviews and on a variety of “Best of the Year” lists. In her non-writing life, she is a literary agent with Erin Murphy Literary Agency, representing a range of top children’s and teen authors. She is crazy about words, books, and buttery pastry.
