Barb Rosenstock loves true stories best. Her picture books include: The Streak: How Joe DiMaggio Became America’s Hero, illustrated by Terry Widener, The Noisy Paint Box, illustrated by Mary Grandpre, Thomas Jefferson Builds a Library, illustrated by John O’Brien, The Camping Trip That Changed America, illustrated by Caldecott medalist Mordicai Gerstein, The Littlest Mountain, illustrated by Mary Hall, and Fearless: The Story of Racing Legend Louise Smith, illustrated by Scott Dawson. Upcoming titles include: Ben Franklin’s Big Splash, The Secret Kingdom, and Dorothea’s Eyes.

Barb’s books have received multiple starred reviews from Kirkus, School Library Journal, Publisher’s Weekly, and Booklist as well as recommendations from The New York Times Book Review and The Horn Book.
