Kristi Holl

Kristi Holl is a children’s choice award-winning author of 42 books for children, 2 nonfiction books for writers (Writer’s First Aid and More Writer’s First Aid), and more than 150 stories and articles for children and adults. Her inspirational stories and books have been published by both general-interest publishers (Atheneum/Simon & Schuster) and Christian publishers (Tommy Nelson, Zonderkidz). The Rose Beyond the Wall (on death and dying) and Patchwork Summer (on forgiveness) were published by Atheneum. Books in the religious market include two fiction series (TodaysGirls.com and Boarding School Mysteries) and six devotionals for girls in Zonderkidz’ Faithgirlz! series.

Kristi speaks at writers’ conferences, does private critiques, and writes full time. She taught writing for children and teens for the Institute of Children’s Literature for twenty-five years, was their first Web editor for four years, and has blogged for the school for four years.
